Return and refund policy
At Minty Company, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- the wrong item was received
- the item arrived damaged
- the product is defective
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the issue
- a brief explanation of the problem
We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Clearance products
- Wholesale orders
- Customized or special-order items
- Gift cards
Products showing signs of use, modification, or damage not caused during shipping may also be ineligible for return.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product or color, please request a return for the original item and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
