Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • product launches
  • holidays
  • sales events
  • periods of high order volume

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, carrier, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Minty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • carriers
  • weather
  • customs processing
  • incorrect shipping addresses
  • carrier service interruptions
  • events outside our control

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States using major shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.


International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by country.

Customers are responsible for:

  • customs duties
  • import taxes
  • VAT
  • brokerage fees
  • other international shipping charges

Minty is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carrier processing.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already shipped, Minty is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and tracking shows the package as delivered, Minty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. Customers may also contact us at:

We will do our best to assist with carrier claims when possible.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the damaged item(s)

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to:

  • limit shipping destinations
  • restrict shipment quantities
  • refuse shipment to certain addresses
  • cancel orders flagged for fraud or unauthorized resale activity

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time and may be subject to separate shipping terms and conditions.
